The location is convenient for hiking and there are plenty of nearby dining options. The bathroom needed better cleaning, and the noise from the freeway was distracting during the night.

The outdoor pool looked inviting and was a nice spot to relax after hiking nearby. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with outdated carpets and bathrooms in need of better maintenance.

Well-suited match for a swift visit in Flagstaff with good price-value balance. Friendly housekeeper made our stay pleasant.

The breakfast was really tasty and had plenty of options. The room smelled a bit musty and the decor was outdated.

The king room was large and recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable with plush pillows. I appreciated the ample counter space in the bathroom. The mini fridge with a separate freezer was a great touch. Noise levels were minimal, and I liked being hidden away in a cove. the air conditioning wasn’t working, making the room uncomfortably warm at night. Cleaning could be improved; I found dust on the headboard and crumbs on the floor. Breakfast options were standard, but the area felt too cramped for the number of guests.

The housekeeper was friendly and diligent, truly appreciated her hard work and great attitude. The breakfast was a highlight—well-stocked with hot and cold options, thanks to the attentive staff. The exterior felt a bit rough, but inside was generally comfortable. I noticed some cleanliness issues, like dust and spider webs, which were disappointing. All in all, it’s a mixed bag, but there’s potential for a pleasant stay if the details are addressed.

This hotel sits just a short 9-minute drive from the charming Historic Downtown and Railroad District, making it the perfect base for a weekend of exploration, with a vibrant selection of restaurants, sharp cuisine at places like Black Barts Steakhouse and Cracker Barrel all within a quick stroll of less than 10 minutes! I was able to enjoy the delicious complimentary breakfast in the morning before setting out to the nearby Lowell Observatory, which is about 4 km away, or even venture a little further to the stunning Grand Canyon, which is just a short drive away. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, coming equipped with a fridge and microwave for added convenience, though there were a few minor dings in the tub that could use some attention. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it for an affordable getaway packed with things to do!

Cleanliness is paramount. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly the diligent housekeeper and breakfast crew. They managed a bustling morning with skill, ensuring everything was stocked and tidy. the room fell short. The bathroom showed signs of neglect with mold, shabby decor, and unclean linen. An earlier room mix-up prompted frustration, but the service recovered. The lack of working laundry facilities was a letdown, especially after a long trip. Breakfast was sufficient, but a toaster upgrade is essential. The attention to cleanliness routines needs to improve; lingering stains aren’t acceptable in today’s environment. A decent stay, but it could be significantly better with focused improvements.

The staff is friendly and tries their best. The location is nice and has easy access to some great hiking spots.
The breakfast setup is chaotic and needs way more attention.

the room was equipped with an ironing facility, which was convenient for getting our clothes in order before heading out. the heating and air conditioning in the room left much to be desired. The temperature control was not effective, and we found ourselves either too hot or too cold throughout the night. It was quite uncomfortable, especially considering the outdated state of the room. the room did have tea and coffee facilities, allowing us to enjoy a warm beverage in the morning. Unfortunately, there was no sitting area in the room, making it challenging to relax comfortably after a long day of traveling. We also inquired about rollaway beds for additional guests, but it seemed like this option was not readily available or easily accessible. The lack of garden furniture or outdoor seating areas was another downside, as we would have liked to enjoy some fresh air outside of the room. The provision of free toiletries was appreciated, but the quality could have been better as they seemed quite basic. The absence of an AM/FM alarm clock made it challenging to stay on schedule, and the room's outdated flat-screen TV provided limited entertainment options. the cleanliness of the room was questionable, with signs of neglect in terms of housekeeping. The linen appeared dirty, and the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. The lack of proper laundry facilities further added to the inconvenience of our stay. while the Ramada had some positives like the ironing facility and tea/coffee amenities, there were significant areas that needed improvement in terms of room comfort, maintenance, and cleanliness. These aspects definitely impacted our overall experience and left room for disappointment.

The Ramada By Wyndham Flagstaff East offers a budget-friendly stay with easy access to restaurants and major roads. It’s a great base for exploring central and northern Arizona. The staff were welcoming, providing a comfortable atmosphere despite the need for some updates in the facilities.

Had a fun time using the pancake making machine and the breakfast had links and scrambled eggs. The king bed was super comfy, and the room had a large mini-fridge and a microwave. The location was great for our Christmas trip, close to attractions.
The hotel felt unsafe with people smoking weed outside rooms. The cleanliness was lacking with rotted trim and baseboards, and potential hiding spots under the mattress.

It wasn’t cheap, but the overall value felt reasonable.

The trails were epic! After that, we hit up the golf course nearby - swing goals! Perfect spot for adventure junkies like us!
More vibrant nightlife options would be lit for young partygoers like us! .

I was shocked to find bloodstains on the sheets and bathroom floor in my room. When I asked for help, the staff seemed indifferent, only offering a new room after I insisted on speaking to a manager.

I chose Ramada for its proximity to Stargazing, a must-visit. The customer service agents pleasantly surprised me with their efficiency and friendliness. The complimentary hot breakfast was a delightful start to my days.
Understaffing led to delays.

The location was convenient and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast had a decent variety, although the seating area was crowded. The noisy pool crowd was a bit disruptive at night. I'll recommend this hotel.

the room was clean and had a good-size bathroom. ramada was close to where we wanted to visit and had a tissue dispenser. the front desk staff was friendly and let us check in early - which helped us rest before our tour. the breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the waffles and fresh orange juice.

I went hiking at Slide Rock State Park, felt 700 again at Walnut Canyon, and relaxed at the fitness center. What a thrill! Such a rejuvenating stay!
I just loved the dodgy location and dirty rooms. Great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ramada. Service was quick and friendly, even during maintenance. the breakfast options were plentiful, including waffles, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal. the room was quiet and comfortable, and the curtains were effective at keeping out light. the staff, particularly Becky, was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. the room size and number of beds were perfect for our needs.
Can’t fault anything about it! 😊

The kids had a blast discovering hidden treasures along the biking trails. It was a picture-perfect family adventure in nature.
My wife says that a playground on the property would have been ideal for the kids.

Breakfast was decent, and the beds were cozy, perfect for snuggling during our romantic escape. The staff was helpful and addressed any issues promptly. The location was convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions, making it easy to plan our romantic outings.
Our room was a disappointment. It felt neglected, with stains on the sheets and a grimy bathroom.

We had a great time staying at this hotel during our trip to the Grand Canyon. The price was affordable, and the hotel was within a convenient driving distance from the park. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to rest well after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the two queen beds in our room, which worked perfectly for our group of friends.
The lack of an elevator. This posed a challenge for our elderly friend who has a physical disability.
